We offer a 7-day easy exchange policy from the date of delivery. If you receive a damaged, wrong or defective product, just WhatsApp us within 7 days. Product must be unused, unworn, with original tags and packaging. For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless damaged.
We dispatch within 24 hours. Delivery takes 2-5 working days across India. You will receive a tracking link on WhatsApp and Email as soon as your order is shipped. COD orders may take 1 extra day.
All jewellery is designed in Delhi and handcrafted by our skilled artisans in Mumbai. We use premium anti-tarnish polish and AAA+ American diamonds to give you a real diamond-like finish.
We accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, EMI, and Cash on Delivery across India. COD has a small Rs. 49 handling charge. All payments are 100% secure.
